To best support the growth and innovation of our ventures, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Service Delivery Manager.
As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for successfully supporting and growing multiple ventures within our studio. You will work closely with venture teams, ensure smooth operational alignment and act as a connecting link between ventures, customers and Xablu’s internal teams.
You will be responsible for establishing and monitoring service agreements (SLAs), and ensure that services are constantly aligned with the needs of venture customers. With a keen eye for commercial opportunities, you actively contribute to customer retention and the identification and realisation of follow-up orders.
